Barbara Bush Hopes Sarah Palin ‘Stays In Alaska’

Leave it to good ole former First Lady Barbara Bush to tell you exactly how she feels.
In a recent interview with Larry King, she and her husband, former President George H. W. Bush, talked about a few things, including the Tea Party movement and Sarah Palin.
Mrs. Bush commented that she had met Palin before and thought she was nice. But, she hoped the former Alaska governor “stays in Alaska.” Wow! The look on Babs’s face said it all as she kinda delivered an old-lady side-eye on Larry.
If you remember, Bush is not one to hold in how she really feels about someone or a group of people. When her son was president and Hurricane Katrina struck New Orleans, she walked in the Astrodome in Houston and commented how the evacuees must love their new digs. She thought living in a public stadium was better than the environment they came from in The Crescent City.
Insensitive? Hell yeah. And flat out wrong.
But with Palin, she didn’t take personal digs at her socioeconomic status. But, she said out loud what a lot of us think when we see her on every other channel trying to talk down President Obama and his Administration. It’s a mixture of the WTF and STFU faces. You’ve seen it before.
The ole bitty just won’t quit!
