Dear Lord, Why Is Alvin Greene Still a Senate Candidate?
Matt | On 13, Oct 2010
The sheer stupidity of this clip speaks for itself. I’m calling a spade exactly what it is.
Alvin Greene, the Democratic U.S. Senate candidate from South Carolina, appeared on The Last Word with Lawrence O’Donnell on MSNBC recently. This interview is straight out of the pit of hell.
Greene is, let’s say, not “the sharpest knife if the box.” We already know that if you’ve read any of my other posts about him. Still, he shocked me in this interview (why, I don’t know?) by answering almost every question with “Jim DeMint started the recession.” Alvin, sir, how does one person START a whole recession? DeMint, of course, is his Republican opponent and the incumbent.
Someone is feeding Alvin exactly what they think he should say, but he can’t even remember that little bit of information. He is a tired example of unpreparedness and has a childlike lack of common sense to even think about what he’s doing. If someone asks him a serious policy question, in his mind he’s probably just thinking, “See spot run past purple lug nuts of Cheerios in the brown fountain with hot dogs, madame.” W-T-F?! That’s how BASIC he comes off to me.
Greene is only helping to further sell the DeMint as the preferred candidate .. the same DeMint who believes gays and single mothers shouldn’t be teachers in South Carolina. smh…
EARTH TO SOUTH CAROLINA!! WHAT THE HELL WERE YOU THINKING WITH EITHER OF THESE CANDIDATES?! Damn..
