Lesbian Strip Clubs Are Necessary For the RNC Budget!

| On 29, Mar 2010

Throw her a couple of campaign dollars! She's just trying to keep her lights on and her healthcare coverage in place.

Nothing says democracy more than watching groups of naked women slide topless down a pole!  It’s even better when it’s funded with contributions from Republican donors.

No, I’m not making this up.  Federal Election Commission reports for February show a Republican National Committee (RNC) staffer spent $1,946.25 at Voyeur West Hollywood. The club, according to The Daily Caller, is a “bondage-themed nightclub featuring topless women dancers imitating lesbian sex.”  Perfect!  The party of “family values” not only patronizes the strip clubs, but they can’t miss that girl-on-girl action either!!  It’s a must in any society based on liberty, freedom, and healthcare for the privileged few.

The RNC issued a statement today clarifying that RNC Chairman Michael Steele was NOT at the the strip club, as some other outlets had reported.  The staffer that did find lesbian dancers so important will have to reimburse the RNC.  But, why did it take a media investigation to trigger that?  I don’t give to the RNC, but I would hope they respect their donors a bit more with less tacky accounting practices.

But, while we’re on the subject of Michael Steele, let’s take a quick look at what he DID spend RNC money on in February:

  • $17,514 on chartered aircraft
  • $12,691 on limousines
  • $9,099 stay at the Beverly Hills Hotel
  • $6,596 stay at the Four Seasons

That’s nearly $46,000 in travel expenses for Steele for the month of FEBRUARY alone!!!  He spent more than a lot of people’s annual salaries.

Now unless they PERSONALLY WASH, DRY, AND POWDER YOUR ASS at the Beverly Hills Hotel and the Four Seasons, do you really need to run up that kind of tab?!?! I’m just saying.  It has also been rumored that Steele wanted to purchase a plane instead of chartering flights.  Really, Mike?

Even when your donors are filthy rich, try respecting them.  I expect to hear more uproar this week about this kind of spending.
