Meet Yet Another GOP Candidate .. Jon Huntsman

The field of GOP presidential candidates is starting to look like Times Square at New Years. It’s way too packed and messy!
Former Utah Governor and current U.S. Ambassador to China Jon Huntsman threw his name in the hat for the race on Tuesday. He made his presidential announcement from Liberty State Park in New Jersey with the Statue of Liberty in the backdrop. It was a hat tip to the spot where Ronald Reagan announced his bid for the 1980 campaign.
Huntsman stands out because he was the governor of a predominantly Mormon state. He spoke of America in dark terms .. a reliable GOP tactic .. citing how America is losing its place economically, socially, and in global admiration. Of course, voting for him is the ONLY way out of this pit of despair.
One good thing about Huntsman is that he is openly pushing for a civil campaign between Republicans and the president. See, he is currently the Ambassador to China, so he kinda works for the Administration indirectly. He can’t mollywop Obama like others because Barry still signs his paycheck. We’ll see how long this “civility” lasts.
I’ll be glad when they finally get down to two or three of their best people. It seems like everybody and their cousin in running for the GOP nomination right now.
