Arizona Senate Candidate Can’t Spell ‘Tucson’ Correctly

Posted on 14. Mar, 2012 by in WTF Moments

Now you know this is sad.

Out in Arizona, Wil Cardon, a Republican, is running for U.S. Senate. Like any other good candidate, he takes to the airwaves and Internet to tell voters why he is the best choice.

Don’t expect him to spell major cities in Arizona correctly, though.

At the 0:03 mark of the video, the camera pans a spelling of Tuscon 1959″ .. clearly misspelling the city’s name. Tucson is the second largest city in the state.

How can you begin to run for a position requiring statewide votes if you can’t spell the cities correctly? Lol. It’s time for him to fire his graphic designer and sign up for an Arizona geography course!

To his credit, Cardon released a corrected version of the ad since the original aired.

We all make mistakes, but damn.

Thanks to Foolocracy for the heads-up!
