Newt Gingrich Thinks Mitt Romney Will Get GOP Nod (VIDEO)

Newt Gingrich is a shell of the more jovial and pompous candidate we saw on the campaign trail a few months ago.
You couldn’t tell Newton a damn thing when he won the South Carolina primary on January 21. Judging by his speech that night, he was going to walk up to 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue, knock on the door, and order the Obama family to move out. Gingrich was so sure he would be the GOP nominee and beat President Obama in the general election.
My, my, my how things have changed! His fortunes really turned since his ex-wife went public with allegations that he wanted an open relationship between her and his now third wife, Callista.
Gingrich has since lost almost every primary race (except his home state of Georgia) since then. He has cut back staff and changed his tune about his outlook on the race. Instead of being the nominee, he wants to focus simply on anything that will help President Obama not win a second term. That’s no “presidential” strategy, if you ask me.
