Obama Raises $15 Million at Fundraiser With George Clooney

If people are up in arms about President Obama’s same-sex marriage announcement this week, it’s not evident from his campaign’s bank account.

The president has been on the West Coast the latter half of this week and raking in cash from fundraisers in various locations.

He paid a visit to actor George Clooney’s Studio City, California home on Thursday and walked away like a king. The president’s campaign pulled in a whopping $15 million from supporters there who included singer Barbra Streisand, designer Diane Von Furstenberg, and DreamWorks executive Jeffrey Katzenberg, among others.

Now I know that people in the entertainment industry pull in some big money, but damn! To raise $15 million in one night is a lot of money. The president is making it rain on the campaign trail. LOL!
