President Obama Sings the Blues with “Sweet Home Chicago”

The Singer-In-Chief is showing off his talent once again.
President Obama hosted a blues concert on Tuesday night at the White House and was “forced” to give the people a little of what they wanted. Some of the greatest names in rock and blues — B.B. King, Buddy Guy, and Mick Jagger — were on-hand to perform for the First Family and their guests.
As he bid farewell to the people, the president was teased by Guy to sing a bit of “Sweet Home Chicago.” He didn’t fail to deliver.
I love to see the president in light-hearted moments like this, much like his take on “Let’s Stay Together.” The man has some vocal skills!

Note: The White House blues concert will air on PBS on Monday, February 27.

I played this for my mom over the phone (you know she doesn't fool with the interwebs). She was tickled. I am glad to see the POTUS having a bit of fun. I have set my DVR for Monday as I love the blues, BB King, and President Obama. *swoon*
