The Daily Show Roasts Bill to Prevent Male Masturbation (VIDEO)

This was a pretty funny segment on the “The Daily Show” Wednesday night.

In Oklahoma, conservative lawmakers have passed a “Personhood” amendment to the state constitution. The legislation defines a “person” at the moment when the sperm meets and fertilizes an egg.

In response, a Democratic legislator developed her own bill that would make it a crime to deposit sperm anywhere outside of a woman’s vagina. This would .. umm .. make male masturbation a little tricky. I think the bill was created to tack men with the same government requirements they give women, knowing it wouldn’t pass into law.
