Well damn … This picture says a whole helluva a lot. It’s so accurate and it’s sad. Armed with a squirt gun, some party favors, and candy, this clown has more to offer than Congress sometimes.

People, remember that Congress isn’t getting much of anything done these days. Your vote is extra important!
