Why Can’t the GOP Attract Black and Youth Voters? (VIDEO)

On March 18, the Republican Party’s chairman Reince Priebus held a Monday morning news conference to make a big announcement.
They were releasing the findings of their Growth and Opportunity Project report [see PDF] — an “autopsy” of many things going wrong with the party and its electoral outcomes.
The report, though quite thorough, rehashed a lot of “state the obvious” that people had been saying about the GOP for years. They aren’t anywhere near as inclusive as they need to be. The Party is also getting killed in the voting booth because of the choices they are making.
Now the GOP has had a come to Jesus moment where they realize that they need several interest groups in order to be successful — including African-Americans and youth voters. Watch the video as I discuss what they want to do with these two groups.
