The judicial showdown between the U.S. Senate and the White House is the focus of our ninth episode of Politics and Prune Juice.

Host Matt Stevens discusses why Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY) must have lost or forgotten about his copy of the U.S. Constitution. He seems overly anxious to block President Obama from nominating a new Justice to replace Antonin Scalia, who passed away suddenly on February 13. McConnell is clueless that Obama is not the only one who works for the American people.

We also cover some quick highlights from recent GOP and Democratic debates. After that, we take a look at the candidate fallout from the New Hampshire primaries on Feb. 9.

And finally, Matt offers his analysis of Hillary Clinton’s recent campaign issues and why she does not connect well with younger voters. Could her trust issues, among others, sink her campaign? Was New Hampshire just a blip and she’s back on the rise? Tune in to find out!
